Choosing not to go with language packages that limit our use makes for a longer development process for the end result, but we feel it is worth the experience gained. Our systems end works with Licensed products, and proprietary electrical designs. From eagle schematics to the PCB to chosen factories, we oversee it all, and reserve all rights. We strive to have every aspect of this site created from scratch, aside from wordpress, and the language libraries used for this site, the author claims original works on source, unless otherwise noted. Modulated sensor systems designed by Lundsys author/owner are reserved as intellectual property of K. Lund. Midi representations are just that, representations of data. If we happen to have sounds in our content that are not generated ourselves, we take several steps to verify that the legal ability to use them is in place before using, we may however not always be able to confirm every case entirely, and assume no responsibility for the information that has been given us. The same goes for Images. Lundsys claims zero rights to original versions of represented midi songs, and directs users to be sure to support those original artists when possible. The midi generations themselves are property of Lundsys when created in-house. Licensing to use these will come if we choose to deliver such a product. In a few cases have used some of the sample content provided with Killer Game Programming by Andrew Davison, and we highly recommend this book for java programmers looking to get into programming games. We utilize mySql, and Wordpress in this site, aside from that, we strive to have content generated ourselves. We have no advertising at this time, since we are still in a beta phase, but may choose to add some at anytime. (as of 2-8-12) All rights reserved. We Use Gimp Image editing and Blender for 3d animation and modeling. 3d engines we use are Unity, Unreal. Our sound files are either public use thru university servers or likely generated in-house.
